I have always been interested in movement and exercise - even as a teenager I would clip out the exercise tips in magazines. Whether hiking through the woods, dancing in a zumba class, or sweating through an intense strength training workout, movement has always enhanced my mood, strengthened my body, and given me a boost of confidence. 

 

But it wasn't until I suffered back pain after the birth of my second child that I became truly dedicated to learning all I could about fitness and health. As soon as I began studying to become a personal trainer, I knew I had found my calling. I want everyone, no matter their backgrounds or abilities, to enjoy the long-lasting physical and psychological benefits of sustaining a healthy lifestyle.

As a mom of two and small business owner, I know how easy it is to put off exercise for another week (or year!). I specialize in supporting postpartum moms rediscover their energy and strength, and providing experienced moms with short and effective workouts so they can make their own health a priority.
